Recurso de súplica.
La demanda de inconstitucionalidad fue rechazada por su indebida subsanación, en tanto el escrito de corrección no siguió las directrices recogidas en el auto de inadmisión.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación consideró que el accionante no cumplió con la carga de motivación necesaria para hacer procedente el recurso y, por ello, decidió RECHAZARLO.

- Primero. RECHAZAR el recurso de suplica presentado por el ciudadano Victor Mendez Navarro contra el auto del 20 de abril de 2021 por medio del cual se rechazo la demanda correspondiente al expediente D-14185, contentivo de la accion publica de inconstitucionalidad formulada contra el articulo 23 de la Ley 2068 de 2020.
- Segundo. Proceda la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional a comunicar el contenido de esta decision al recurrente, indicandole que contra esta no procede recurso alguno.
